Two Years & Counting

On Tuesday 20th July 2010, Fairfield PHAB celebrated its second anniversary. As part of the celebrations we held our very own Ready Steady Cook night. The two 'contestants' were Trish Roberts and Charlie Kelly.

Trish's team conjured up home made burgers, with a potato salad side, whilst Charlie's team concentrated on the desert and made a delightful fruit salad and rice krispie cakes.

This was no competition though and both ladies done Fairfield PHAB proud and provided everyone with some tasty dishes. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, otherwise known as typical British weather, the attendance for the event was not quite what we'd expected or hoped for. The torrential rain during the day was pretty horrendous and sadly played a significant part. Not to fear though,  it was agreed that due to the densely populated evening, we would hold another Ready Steady Cook night in the not too distant future!
